- Cancellation within 24 hours: Partial refund (service charges may apply)
- No refund after the trip has started

- Refunds will be initiated after cancellation approval
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
3. Processing Time
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refund for no-show bookings
- No refund for completed trips
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) may be deducted from refund amount.
